What is the processing time?

The time we need to prepare an order varies. We would have to request you purchase from our supplier and wait on the fulfillment.

What is a supplier? 

We couldn't function without them at the moment. The suppliers role as a production partner is to print, pack and ship out orders from their California production / fulfillment center.  They print our designs on demand which minimizes bulk production for products that aren't selling. 

What is your return policy?

We will help you along the way. If an item does not meet your needs we can reach out to the supplier to assist you in the process directly.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship. 

In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address.

If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 4 weeks we will confirm the updated and corrected address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package.
